This has become one of my favorite pieces. Cheryl had an idea of adding water bubbles to the finish coming up from the mermaid to create an underwater feel. I applied American Clay Loma to the walls, with mica for luster. The next step was adhering glass bubbles to the clay. I added extra mica and gold dust to the back of the glass to add more depth and shimmer.
